The main focus of Restorative Yoga is that by relaxing into the poses, with the aid of props to fully support you, without strain or pain, we can achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
It is slow paced, focused on supportive poses, long holds, stillness and deep breathing.
Accessible to those with physical limitations or injuries.
A mixture of both Flow & Restorative Yoga. The practice begins with a vinyasa flow and later evolves into a nice restorative and restful practice.
Meditation is the deliberate focusing of attention to bring about feelings of calm and heightened energy and awareness.
-uses a variety of techniques in the art of focusing our mind. Once the mind is still and quiet, we have the opportunity to see clearly, free from judgement, and to live more fully in the present moment.
